My name is Jordan and i'm a 14 year old chick who adores Kasey! My encounter was at the begining of last year(2001), i went to see kasey live at the Commercial Club Albury(Aust). I was really excited and she was really great! She sang most of her songs off the captain, barracades and brickwalls and her bonus cd it was sooooooooo cool! Towards the end she started to sing "we're all gonna die some day" and she paused at on bit that she doesn't pause on the cd and you could her a few little kids singing,so she stopped and said "you guys know this song better than I do!" and invited them to come up on stage and sing with her, there were two of them and they were about 3 and 6 so they went up with there mother,but  they were scared to go out to Kasey so Kasey went over to them! It was really sweet of her. At the end of the concert Kasey was doing autographs and I got my picture taken with her and a poster signed. Not many people spell my name right but Kasey did! Now i've got all of her cd's and listen to them nearly every day.Kasey is my idle she was the one who truly inspired me to persue my dream of playing the guitar (i was previously playing the flute....yuck!) But I really do hope that one day i'll be able to tell kasey how she inspired me and how much I admire her. Jordan.
