My name is Emma and I'm 16 yrs old from Australia. The first time I heard kasey chambers  sing was at the aria's where she won an award for the captain. She performed later in the show with paul kelly and I loved her. Ever since I have followed her career. Yesterday I was lucky enough to meet her! She was performing at a mall in Sydney, Australia. She sounds even better live i thought. She sang about 5 songs...(trying to remember which ones)....Not pretty enough, the captain, cry like a baby, still feeling blue and the finally was were all gonna die someday. After that she was signing cd's and I got my 3 cd's signed. I still am not over it ....definatly a high light of my life because i am so inspired by her. She was very pregnant and I saw her boyfriend (very hot!). They were walking hand in hand around the mall before the show (nice kasey ! good work)....it was great .yeah and so she mentioned something about a recording of  her dvd this saturday in sydney so sure enough I ran out and got  tickets so maybe I'll be in it ....hahaha (dreaming I know) I feel so grateful that I live in Sydney because I was able to go to the making of her dvd and be the audience making lots of noise, there was only about 30 of us sitting around on cushions and lounges ...she was soooo good I cant get over it . she also was very cute! So if you see the dvd ( it should come out in about august I think one of the camera men said  so keep an eye out, I think I got in the audience shot!) she sang us her favorite song at this current moment because she just wanted to see how it went cause we were the first ones that heard it .......but she did write it . It was by patty ....uh.....oh geez sorry i cant remember the song or singer ....hopeless lol. there was one big highlight including a special guest ....Paul Kelly! they sang " I Still Pray". My dad loved that! and so did I  cause you could see how excited kasey was to present him and do a duet. So people if you ever get the chance to see her live then don't think twice ! and take friends that recon they don't like her because I did and guess what ....Now they do ! Emma.
