FEMALE PERSONAL SAFETY AND SELF-DEFENSE TRAINING PROGRAMME
CITY SURVIVAL TRAINING FOR LADIES
SPECIALLY DESIGNED FOR LADIES TO DEFEND THEMSELVES AGAINST ATTACKERS

Violent crime against women is not a trivial matter as it can happen to anyone at any age. The victims can be your staff, your clerks, your sales personnel or even those in managerial position.

Noor Suzaily Mukhtar
, a computer engineer was raped, sodomised and brutally murdered in a bus while on her way to work. Farah Deeba Rustam, a 17 year old girl whose half-naked body was found in a drain in Ipoh. Liang, a school teacher was murdered by someone she knew.

For Alice (23), a secretary, it is her routine to drive to work each morning. On that fearful morning, she parked her car as usual at the basement carpark. It turn into a nightmare for Alice when she was abducted at knife-point by two men who dragged her into the car and took her to a lonely place, gang-raped her and left her naked in the Palm Oil estate.

These are some examples of violent crimes against women and such crimes are on the increase. Invariably, people are people, they never learn. One the newspaper headlines are read, the crime is quickly forgotten. It is high time proactive action is taken to prevent such acts. We cannot rely on the actions of the police alone. We have to act. Immediate action is necessary in order to prevent such crimes as well as to protect your female staff.

How do your female staff deal when faced in such situation? Do they know what to do and how to react? Do they have the presence of mind and know how to defend themselves?

The answer is probably NO!! Because women always panic when faced in such situation! They tremble in fear and don’t know what to do. When they are in such a state of fear, it becomes easy meat for an attacker!

ACT NOW BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!
PROTECT YOUR FEMALE STAFF BY TAKING PREVENTIVE MEASURES!!
