HELLO KITTY'S BIOGRAPHY

This is Hello Kitty's bio, year at a time, since she was born 'til today. Anyone who doesn't know her life, has the chance here to find out what has been of Kitty's life ^-^.

1974

This year a little cat with a red ribbon on her ear appears and soon she begun to get attention, and later she made her way among other drawings. 1975

This little cat receives a name: Hello Kitty. Her family appears also this year. Also, the first object with her image appears: a small purse with Hello Kitty on it. 1976

Sanrio adopts Hello Kitty, and they begin to do experiments with her, instead of her being sitting down, they start to draw her standing, running, etc. 1977

Experimenting keeps going. Sanrio begun to draw Hello Kitty sitting on a plane. This drawing became one of the favorites of a lot of people. 1978

This year, Hello Kitty started to appear in new poses and places: sitting on a dolphin, on a car and with a new wardrobe.
1979

A Grandfather and Grandmother are created for Hello Kitty's family. 1980

Hello Kitty's doing sports! ^_^. She appears dressed as a tennis player, and a digital watch comes out to the market, which is a great success. 1981

Hello Kitty makes her first movie: "Kitty and Mimmy's new umbrella". More objects of Hello Kitty appear: photo cameras, phones, calculators and other electronic objects. 1982

Backgrounds for Hello Kitty's image are created, also a small fix in her eyes happened. 1983

Hello Kitty is named children ambassadress of the UNICEF in the United States ^_^.

Hello Kitty in pictures!! The success of these images was because they made Kitty a lot more realistic. 1985

Hello Kitty appears cooking. This image atracted many young parents. 1986
