OK, here are three icon files, no way I'm gonna tell you how they look like, 'cuz the good part of it is the surprise ^-^, but you can be sure that they are beautiful. Anyway, here go some recommendations (it's not absolutelly needful, but it's good to have them in mind to avoid unnecessary searches):
When you click the link and the dialog window opens, click "Save" and save the file in My Documents. If you're gonna download all three icons, you can create in My Documents, a file named ICONS, and download the zips to this file, then decompress in this same file. On Icons 1, the icons are with their names so you can place them instead of the predetermined icon. For ex: MyComputer can replace My PC, but where you place the icons is your business. Last, if you're planning to replace ALL the icons in your PC, this will be useful: you can download a software called MicroAngelo and it has some facillities to change icons like My PC or some in the Start menu that are hard to change. It's in English, you can purchase it, and save the annoying little ad that says "Trial software, you can only use for 21 days", etc...
