BBQ Vinegar Sauce

This is a favorite BBQ Sauce for St. Louis style dry Ribs.
It is sweet and sour and very spicy.
Try it also on French Fried Potatoes




2 cups Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup Ketchup
2 Tbls Brown Sugar
1 Tbl Louisiana Style Hot Sauce (eg, Tabasco)
1 tsp Chili powder
2 tsps ground Black Pepper
1 Tbl Salt




1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan.
       Bring to boil, simmer 5 minutes.

2. Cool, transfer to a glass jar.
       This will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator.
