Boona Kalegi Calcutta Style Sauteed Chicken Liver A quick and easy way to prepare Chicken Liver. Serve it as a snack, an appetizer, a side dish, or as a main course with vegetables and rice. 1 lb Chicken Livers (divided into lobes) 1/2 tsp fresh Ginger (grated) 1/2 tsp Garlic (mashed) 1/2 tsp Garam Masala 2 Tbls Ghee OR Oil 1/4 - 1/2 tsp Salt 1. Mix Chicken Livers, Ginger, Garlic & Garam Masala in a bowl. Allow Liver to marinate with spices 15 minutes. 2. Heat frying pan on high, add Ghee OR Oil, stir-fry marinated Chicken Livers about 3 - 4 minutes. 3. Add Salt to taste, Serve |
