Til ki Chutney
Sesame Chutney

This Sesame, Coriander and Mint Chutney
is a refreshing dip for any meal.




1/2 cup White Sesame Seeds

1/4 cup fresh Coriander (Celantro) (very finely chopped)
1/4 cup fresh Mint (very finely chopped)
6 fresh Green Chilis OR Jalpenos
3 Tbls Tamarind paste + about 5 Tbls Water
OR 3 Tbls fresh Lemon Juice + about 2 Tbls Water
1/2 tsp Salt




1. Heat pan, add Sesame Seeds, dry roast,
         shaking pan constantly several minutes
         until Sesame Seeds darken to a rich golden color.

2. Grind pan roasted Sesame Seeds in a spice grinder.

3. Combine ground Sesame Seeds with ALL other ingrediants,
         blend well until smooth

4. Store in a jar, refrigerate up to 1 week
