CHRISTMAS SACHET

Materials Needed:

Lustersheen- white (MC), red (CC)

Size "O" Hook

Cotton ball with a little bit of potpourri oil on it

Small amount of fiberfill

Ribbon

2 small jingle bells

Approx. size: 5" tall

Make 2

Row 1: Using MC, ch 21, sc in second ch from hook, and each ch across. Turn (20 sc)

Row 2: Ch 1, sc in same sp as ch 1, sc in each st across to the last 2 sts. Work sc dec over the last 2 sts. Turn

Row 3: Ch 1, sc in same sp as ch 1, sc in each st across. Turn

Row 4-9: Repeat rows 2 & 3

Row 10: Ch 3, *sk next st, dc in next st, dc in skipped st* (first X st) Repeat * to * (4 times), dc in next st. Turn

Row 11-17: Repeat row 10

Row 18: Ch 1, sc in same sp as ch 1, sc in each st across. Fasten off. Weave in ends.

Work side 2 the same as side 1. DO NOT fasten off. Put wrong sides together, work sc through both sides evenly across the sides and bottom. Take the cotton ball with the potpourri oil on it and wrap it in fiberfill. Stuff the sachet and sc in each st across. Fasten off and weave in ends

Edging:

Row 1: Using CC, slip st into first sc, ch 1, sc in same sp as ch 1, sc in each st across. Turn

Row 2 Ch 1, sc in same space as ch 1, *ch 3, sk next st, sc in next st*. Repeat * to * across Fasten off. Weave in ends.

Attach bells to ribbon and weave through row 17 and tie bow.
