I pickerd Grishum out of a bin-o-budgies because she was crawling around the side of the cage trying to get out and she was beating up every other budgie in her way. For the first few months after coming home Grishum was quite passive, but now she is quite a terror (and I love it). She still beats everyone up (but they usualy provoke her) she is ALWAYS the first to eat... large and in charge. She is not actually overweight but she is HUGE compared to the other budgies (big boned as I say). She has even managed to escape from her cage a few times, what a goof!
Grishum and Murphy are best friends but they are often very rough with one another. They LOVE to play tag, or should I say Grishum loves to chase Murphy all over (but don't feel bad, Murphy asks for it everytime). Grishum is ALWAYS the first one to try new foods but will only go new places and play with new toys after Murphy has tested their safety. Recently Grishum has become alot more independent and I would not be surprised if she pairs up with Kinza in the future. Grishum has also become very tame, although when startled she is hard to calm down. Now she loves to wrestle with fingers or just hang out on someones shoulder. She has a ton of energy and since learning how to fly she has become lean (still large but lean) and really beautiful.
Grishum is a delite and offers a lot of laughs.
