Miss Kentucky came home after I got that "budgie itch". At the time Murphy and Grishum did not really care about eachother and so I figured an addition would not hurt. Well, Tucker's presence turned Murphy and Grishum into BEST FRIENDS. Needless to say poor Kentucky got left out ALOT. Since introducing Kinza to the flock Murphy and Grishum seemed to have taken Tucker under their wings. (Humm... I'm sensing a pattern here). Since her flight feathers have grown in her confidance has been boosted and she is much more willing to step up on to fingers and shoulders. She is so cute, while being hand fed she puts one foot up on your finger. Miss Kentucky is an extremly gentle bird, she, unlike Murph and Grishum, has NEVER tried to nip. Tucker is simply a sweetheart and she can do no wrong in my eyes. I love her sooo much!
