| 7/12/03.Well its been a hell of 4 months, we havent had many shows and we'v been on a break, Matt and myself have graduated high school,, we are all singal now....(frown)... and we wrote 3 new songs, were going to record soon, we just need 1 more song, i think its about time the sheath gets back on all 4's again we have like 3 rialto gig's coming up soon, so ill get back on those, peace. 3/6/03.Hey guys, well were going back into the studio soon and we will make a new demo, this time we will spend more time on it.were playing at the nitting factory soon so keep April 9th open,um thats about it,were playing rialto tomarrow,wish us luck,and Matt is not in another band,he's still in the sheath or at least i hope so.-Alex 12/18/02.so, yea how about them celtics, but yea ummm, were playing on the 28th at skatland, hoapfully you guys could make it and support the sheath. were going to start playing again more offen, meaning "get back on the ball" its been tough lately with school and work and all, but with the slight chance of a new member added to the line up. (if your 18 and over) and were playing in Rialto November 2, more info will be posterd on the SHOWS page soon. and i would like to thak everyone who goes to our shows, our loyal fans are loved very much, and donr eat yellow snow - Alex 10/06/02.we have a show on saturday at skateland, so please everone GO! and anyone who ask's me for a demo, and says "Large Marge sent me, give a demo" gets one for free, lol! hahaha! thank you who ever goes, we love you,!!!!!!! -ALeX 9/22/02. skateland was a great show! i would like to thank everyone who came out and supported all the bands that played, but i would not like to thank the people who were sitting outside while we were playing, fuck you guys, pay 5 fucking bucks just to see one band, what kind of shit is that! go see the whole show! but anywase, who ever got a chance to see us, truely thank you, you are whats important,,the sheath would also like to thank Thrush,basura,antagonist,and infect, and estrogen, and last but truely not least ENVILENT!you guys are fucking awsome! but tell your fans to go inside during the whole show.peace out, great show,i have pictures of it,look under media! duhhh-Louie 9/17/02.Well sorry i havent updated the site lately, but i finally got a chance to:) actually we finally have a page with the lyrics!! yay!!! now we can listen and read!,but we only got through 2 songs, yea i know how fucked up, owell Dave had to take Ashley to go get a tat, but we will try to get all our songs down soon, really soon i hope, but yea this weekend at the skateland should be off the hook,and please stay and watch us,and i hope hunger doesent make anyone leave,or dich us and go make out with in the back, peace! 8/5/02.Attention to you all MYELIN SHEATH IS NOT PLAYING AT THE SHOWCASE IN CORONA THIS WEEK,shit happend and the show was post-boned(he he he)well we are going to play at skateland with "as hope dies" "thrush" and "antagonist" And lovely "Basura" and many other lovely bands on September 21st,but well keep you informed and by the way if you havent got our nrw demo, GET IT!!!!! 2 bucks! ok at our shows!thats it! o.k. and my bandmates are not lazy anymore, if you were too slow to get it i was being "SAR-KA-STICK" for those who have trouble getting jokes and for those who caught on, you know i love you and so does the band, but thank you all who went to the show in RIALTO we really love your support and most important i would like to thank the "Mc'ein family" for letting us and "thrush" rock out!peace! 7/24/02.2:03am. well its about fucking time i know what day it is,right now the band is trying to figure out if we should play at the showase on the 9th we problably are, but i doubt a lot of people will go,well if you book them they will come, so i guess they will come so the first thing this morning im going to do is call the fucking Showcase and biook us and shit, and if it goes through i guess i will go to kinkos and make flyers because my fucking bandmates are lazzy,ignorant and just fucking lazzy ohhhh did i mention lazzy, so ill have to to do that alone! but well problablly play the showase on the 9th so mark your fucking calenders and get ready for the fucking comming of the santi! OUT! 7/?/02.Well we finally finished our demo, its been a while, but im glad we made it, i dont think its exacly the best fucking thing in the world, and we could of done alot better but with more time, i mean we only had 5 hours but its still kick ass, its still god for what we paid for it, Dave only had 40 minuts to do vocals, im going to pacage them and sell them for 3 bucks, but some we will just wrap up and give away at shows like usual,but anywase if you want one just get a hold of me either through email or someone or whatthefuck anything just get a hold of me,now that i think about it that demo its really fucking great and hard,well its wered, im tired of everything trying to be all HARD and PAIN! and tired of all this emo slow shit the thing about us is that we play what we feel, wich is pretty much heavy fucking metal,and a pinch of melody, whatever i'v leard tht we developed our own sound,with my fucking percing drumming and mats lazzy guitaring and louie's nonsence basslines and david's un-understandable vocals, we have our own sound but with time we will happen.i guess youll just have to hear for yourself.:) |
