| HOW LONG IS THE "MY EXTRA HELP" LEARNING REPORT, THAT I WILL RECEIVE? The length of your "MY EXTRA HELP" report will depend upon the number of questions you answer, and the number of answers that indicate that there is a "problem" needing remediation. You will be asked over 120 multiple choice questions, that can be answered either, "YES", "NO", or "I'M UNSURE". Let's say your answers on all 120 questions indicate that the student does not need any remediation or improvement. Your report would only consist of the cover. Now let's say your answers indicate that all 120 questions are problem areas. Your report would consist of several hundred pages plus a cover. Your learning report is completely customized to the student's needs based upon your answers. The length of your report is based upon this customization. |
| DOES "MY EXTRA HELP" COME WITH ANY TYPE OF GUARANTEE? Your satifaction is our goal! If you are not satisfied with your learning plan for any reason, please contact us immediately. We will try our very best to make things right, so that you may enjoy the benefits of your learning plan. If, however, you remain dissatisfied, we offer the following honor-based money back guarantee: 1. The original purchaser must make the the refund request. 2. The refund request must be made within three (3) days of the original delivery date. 3. The purchaser must supply the reference number found in the email containing the "MY EXTRA HELP" learning plan. 4. Since the learning plan is an electronic file, and cannot be returned in the usual way, we must require that the purchaser first permanently delete the purchased learning file from any computer, or other device, as well as any other media where it may have been stored, including any copies of the learning plan, including those in paper format, in order to qualify for a refund. Likewise, if the learning plan was purchased as a gift, it is the purchaser's responsibility to make certain that the purchased learning plan file, and any copies of the plan including those in paper format, are permanently deleted and/or destroyed, wherever and however they have been stored and/or maintained. If copies of the plan have been made and distributed, it is the purchaser's responsibility to collect and destroy all copies of such learning plan. When the purchased learning plan file and copies have been successfully and permanently deleted and/or destroyed, it is the purchaser's responsibility to report the deletion within the 3 day guarantee period. Users may either use their credit card, or make transactions from their bank account. We chose PayPal, because it is a secure system. When you send money through PayPal, we never see your credit card or bank account number. |
| MAY I MAKE COPIES OF MY LEARNING REPORT? Feel free to make copies of your individualized learning report, so that the student's guardians, teachers, and other educational professionals working with this student may reinforce the same plan. You may want to make it clear that the information contained in the report is confidential, and should be treated as such. The "MY EXTRA HELP" plan is copyrighted and must be protected. You are not allowed to distribute the plan to others, not involved in this particular student's educational program. For example, if you have a friend that has a child with a goal that is the same as your child, you may not copy and/or distribute the information about that goal from your report. Since that friend does not directly work with your child academically, that friend must purchase his/her own plan. Be aware that your plan is completely individualized, and the probability of two complete plans ever being exactly the same is almost improbable. |
| WHAT IF MY LEARNING REPORT IS VERY LONG? Depending upon the responses to the questions, the learning report might be more of a learning "book". You may want to hold a meeting with the student's guardians, teachers, etc. to decide which goals you want to work on now, and which goals will be worked on in the future. Do not feel you have to do everything at once. |
| WHAT IF A GOAL OR TECHNIQUE IS INAPPROPRIATE FOR THE STUDENT? If you and/or your learning team decide that a goal or technique is inappropriate for the student, by all means, eliminate that suggestion. Remember, your learning report is based upon the answers that were given to specific questions. If the learning team decides that a particular response may have been incorrect, disregard that portion of your report. Also, let's say one suggestion deals with an activity needing the use of the student's two hands, and let's say the student has a cast on one hand. Obviously, disregard that suggestion and choose one more appropriate for the student. |
| WHAT IF I ANSWER "I'M UNSURE", RATHER THAN ANSWERING "YES" OR "NO" TO A QUESTION? Don't worry if you don't know the answer to a question. By answering "I'm Unsure", it will be documented in your report that this is an area that needs to be explored. You may want to find out more about this topic, and/or discuss this as a learning team. Realize that when you answer "I'm Unsure", you will not receive suggestions regarding how to deal with the presenting problem. Therefore, if you think there is a problem, answer accordingly so that you receive information as to how to deal with this issue. |
| WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO ANSWER THE "MY EXTRA HELP" QUESTIONS? It is all a matter of preference. Some people like to answer the questions alone, some prefer to answer the questions as a team, some prefer to have the student's teacher answer the questions, some prefer to have the student's guardian(s) and teacher work together, some even prefer to ask the student for input (depending upon the student's age and ability level). If you do choose to include the student, realize that there may be questions you may not want to answer in front of the student. Decide which way you are most comfortable answering the questions. |
