I was so looking forward to spending your first Christmas with you. Now all I can do is remember the few moments I had with you, trying to take in every tiny detail of your still lifeless body. What a special Christmas you will have with Jesus, and your big sister Ellery by your side. What more could a mommy ask for!
I want you to know that I miss you more than anyone will ever know. This will be the hardest Christmas for me, I hope everyone will understand. I will try to be strong, but the tears come so easy. It was last Christmas that I told everyone that you were going to be a part of our family.....We found out December 15th, 2000.
