Do you love the snow and wish you could watch it fall all year round? Now you can by making your own snow globe, it is easy and fun.
All you will need is a jar with a tight lid, water proof glue, glitter, water and some decorations.
Get mommy or daddy to find a jar with a tight fitting lid and have them wash it out well for you. Let it dry and then you can decorate it. You can use pebbles, twigs, plastic toys (people, animals, houses, plants, etc) or anything else that won't get ruined in water (remember to always check with your parents before using anything). Carefully glue the objects on the inside of the LID of the jar (this is easier than gluing to the bottom of the jar) and let the glue dry well.
Then fill the jar almost full of water, add a handful of glitter and put the lid on tight. If you want you can run a bead of glue around the lid to make sure it doesn't leak.
Then shake gentle and watch the snow fall on you scene. |
