This tutorial shows how animated water can be added to sections of an image
using a neat water animation program called Reflet.
You'll need :-
PSP
Animation Shop
The zip file of the images
The REFLET program
Save the Zip file and extract to a handy folder.

Open PSP, AnimationShop and Reflet.

In Reflet - click the "open" button and open the file called:
"FountainUnselected.jpg"
Click the Animate Button:
Select "Regular" option as below:
Click the save button (right next to the Animate button) and choose the following settings:
Save the image as "Reflection.gif"

*note - there will be one more pop up window from Reflet asking you (in French) if you'd like to view the HTML preview of your image - click NO*

Go into Animation shop and open the Reflection.gif

You will have a 5 frame animation that looks like this:
Select your Crop tool and inside the FIRST FRAME -
crop the area shown below outlined in pink:
That will leave you with this animation:
Select the "white arrow" tool on the tool bar
Right click on the first frame of the image and select "Copy".

Go into PSP and open the file called "FountainwithSelections.psp"

You will see the original image with the water areas already selected for you!
(Note - to select areas like this yourself, use the "Freehand Selection Tool")

Right click on the top border of the image window and choose
"Paste - Paste Into Selection"

The watery parts of the copied frame will be automatically filled into the areas selected on the image.

Press "Control-D" to deselect the image and click Copy.

Go back into Animation Shop, right click on the workspace and choose
Paste - As New Animation.

Copy Frame TWO of the water animation.

Go back to PSP
Click UNDO twice (to go back to the image as it is originally with the selections)
Right click on the top bar of the image window and "Paste - Paste Into Selection"

Press Control-D
Copy

Go back to Animation Shop
Right click on the fountain image you pasted before and choose:
Paste - Paste After Current Frame

Copy Frame THREE of the water animation.
Go back to PSP

Right Click on the top bar and choose:
Paste - Paste into Selection
Control-D
Copy

Go back to Animation Shop and click on the SECOND FRAME
of the fountain animation (NOT the water reflection)
and choose:

Now you should have THREE frames of the animated fountain!
