Your Dream Diary:

As unique insights from various resources filter down into our minds, it's important to have a record of them so integration can occur. Keep a Dream Diary or a dependable tape recorder next to your bed in a quickly available spot. Right after waking up from a dream record (or write) your experiences. Make sure Not to leave out any details. No matter how small they may be important later on. Use smells, tastes, people, objects etc...

When your done writing (or talking) you can go back to sleep, or wake up. If you do decide to wake up make sure to give yourself a little bit of time before trying to interpret your dream. When you first awake your mind isn't in full function and could lead you to assume the dream means one thing, when it really means another! So make sure to give yourself some time. It's best to evaluate your dreams when you are centered and focused.
If you happen to remember your dreams better during the day, why not take a recorder or spiral note book in your purse, briefcase etc... This will help you to look at them later when time allows.
