| ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ( A ) JDS – DENIES THAT JESUS SUFFERED AND DIED ONCE FOR SINS The JDS doctrine teaches that Jesus suffered for sins in hell in His Spirit. This would mean that Jesus died an additional death along with His physical death. Consequently denying the scriptures which plainly state that Jesus suffered and died once for sins; 10. For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God. - Romans 6:10 16. And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: - Ephesians 2:16 2. And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour. - Eph. 5:2 27. Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people's: for this he did once, when he offered up himself. - Heb. 7:27 12. Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us. - Hebrews 9:12 28. So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation. - Heb. 9:28 10. By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. - Heb. 10:10 12. But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God; - Heb. 10:12 14. For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified. - Heb. 10:14 17. And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. 18. Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin. - Heb. 10:17-18 18.
