¶ 1 PHELAN J.:— UPON motion in writing, dated the 20th day of October, 2004 on behalf of the Applicant, for:
1. |
an Order compelling the tribunal to comply with Rule 317 and Rule 318; |

2. |
an Order amending the Originating Notice of Application to reflect that the Respondent in this matter is properly named as the Attorney General of Canada and the consent of the Canadian Human Rights Commission to be a Respondent. |
||
3. |
an Order providing the Applicant with directions as to service on the Respondent Sue Goodwin; |
¶ 2 THIS COURT ORDERS that:
(a) |
the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal is to provide the Applicant with all material relevant to the application in its possession; |
||
(b) |
the Applicant shall serve the Canadian Human Rights Commission with a copy of the Notice of Application and Affidavits of the Applicant for the Commission and an additional copy for the Respondent Goodwin which copy shall be served on that Respondent by the Commission within ten (10) days of receipt; |
||
(c) |
the Applicant shall have thirty (30) days from the date of this Order to serve and file the Canadian Human Rights Commission with copies of the Notice of Application and Affidavit of the Applicant. |
