Narcisa Newball Jimenez was born in Cartagena of India, and from its times of student of secondary, in a school of the Franciscan sisters, you beginning in the writing of stories and poems. A true passion that occupied their leisure whiles, while he/she became a noted professional in the administration of the public health.
