Attributes
You start out with a free dot in each of these (exception on Appearance for Nosferatu,  or Samedi).
You have 7 dots to spend in one category, 5 dots to spend in another, and 3 dots to spend in the last.

Step 1: Physical Attributes
These traits describe how strong, dexterous and sturdy your character is. They concern only strengths and weaknesses of the body and are the main traits of an action oriented character.

Strength- This is a measure of your physical strength.  (Iron Grip, Powerful Arms, Reserves of Strength, Fists Like Anvils)
* Poor: You can bench 40 lbs.
** Average: You can bench press 100lbs.
*** Good: You can bench press 250lbs.
**** Exceptional: You can bench press 400 lbs.
***** Outstanding: You can bench press 650 lbs.

Dexterity- This is a measure of your general physical prowess. (Lithe, Swift, Feline Grace, Lightning Reflexes)
* Poor: You are a butterfinger, so don't use a chainsaw.
** Average: You can chew gum adn walk at the same time.
*** Good: You have excellent raw athletic potential.
**** Exceptional: You can juggle 5 knives.
***** Outstanding: You can juggle 5 knives while blindfolded.

Stamina- A measure of general health and pain resistance. (Tireless, Determined, Tough as Nails, Resolute)
* Poor: You are frail in constitution and may be sickly.
** Average: You are moderatly healthy.
*** Good: You are in good shape, the result of regular exercise.
**** Exceptional: You could run a marathon.
***** Outstanding: You are tough enough to almost survive anything.

Step 2: Social Attributes
This part is gonna show your limits in your Social abilities. Now to give you an idea of how the number of dots translate to your ability i will break down your 3 items.

Charisma - You aptitude for enticing and fascinating others. (Smooth Talker, Genteel, Urbane,Witty, Eloquent Speaker, Graceful)
* Poor: Others avoid you.
** Average: You are likeable.
*** Good: People trust and confide in you.
**** Exceptional: You have something which draws people to you.
***** Outstanding: You could lead a nation.

Manipulation - This trait measures yuor aptitude for active self-expression, such as when you want to get someone else to do something.   (Persuasive, "Damn I'm Smooth", Seductive, Well-Reasoned)
* Poor: You express yourself in as few words as possible.
** Average: Others might believe you.
*** Good: You'd make a good lawyer.
**** Exceptional: You should run for office.
***** Outstanding: You could sell ice to an eskimo.

Appearance - describes your appearence in terms of attractiveness and force of presence.
* Poor: You Tend to attract the hostility of others.
** Average: You are easily ignored, for you fit in so well with the crowd.
*** Good: You have a pleasing appearance, and people treat you well.
**** Exceptional: You are good-looking enough to be a model and are given respect and attention because of it.
***** Outstanding: First reactions are either that of awe, intense jealousy or complete solicitude.

Step 3: Mental Attributes
This part is gonna show your limits in your Mental abilities. Now to give you an idea of how the number of dots translate to your ability i will break down your 3 items.

Perception - indicates how aware you are of the environment around you. (Attentive, Insightful, Careful, Discerning, Experienced)
* Poor: You are blind to anything but the obvious.
** Average: You are unaware of the subtle interactions that occur around you.
*** Good: You are aware of moods and textures.
**** Exceptional: You are constantly alert to the nuances of life.
***** Outstanding: You can see a needle in a haystack.

Intelligence - represents your memory as well as your ability to learn and think. (Book Knowledge, Creative, Analytical, Problem
* Poor: IQ 80                                                                                                            Solver, Subject Authority)
** Average: IQ 100
*** Good: IQ 120
**** Exceptional: IQ 140
***** Outstanding: IQ 160+

Wits - Your ability to act quickly and correctly to new situations, as well as your overall sharpness of mind. (Getting the Jump on
* Poor: You send money to televangelists.                                                                                                            Others, Snappy Patter,
** Average: You know when to bet or fold in poker.                                                                                            Changes in Strategy,
*** Good: You are capable of handling L.A. rush hours(without shooting anyone).                                            Ambushes)
**** Exceptional: You could be a stand-up comic.
***** Outstanding: You have a supercomputer for a brain - its fast.
