House Rules

1)     A blood point must be used to activate celerity for the next              turn.  However it will last the scene instead of one turn each. 2)     True Faith Merit is on hold. 3)     Ravnos are on hold. 4)     No need to declare actions during combat.  Turns are taken              by initiative indication. 5)     Tremere Antitribu's are on a case by case basis.
