Rates--6-night minimum:

"Hale Kai Ewa" (The Beach House) - 9 guests maximum
$350 per night for 1-5 guests is our base rate.
$25 per night for each additional guest.
$6300 per month for 1-5 guests.

"Hale Ala Nui Ewa" (The Cottage) - 4 guests maximum.
$160 per night for 1-3 guests.
$15 per night for each additional guest.
$2880 per month 1-3 guests.

Discounts:
10 percent discount on base rate for extended stay of 7 or more days.
20 percent discount on base rate for extended stay of 14 or more days.
4.5 percent discount for PayPal transactions.

Rates already include all taxes & cleaning fees.

Deposit is equal to two-nights lodging.
Until confirmed by deposit, rates are subject to change without notice.

Checks and PayPal accepted.

Note:
(a) Overnight stays are restricted to registered guests only and two vehicles in the driveway.
(b) Unregistered guests are restricted to no more than four at any one time betweeen the hours
of 8 AM to 8 PM.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 120 days or more, prior to scheduled check-in time
will be eligible for a refund, less $25 processing fee.
Cancellations made 91-119 days prior to check-in will receive
a 75% refund and charged a $35.00 processing fee.
Cancellations made 61-90 days prior to check-in will receive
a 50% refund, less a $50 processing fee.
Cancellations made 31-60 days prior to check-in will receive
a 25% refund, less a $50 processing fee.
Cancellations made 0-30 days prior to check-in will not receive a refund.

Date changes resulting in a reduction of the number of days reserved are
subject to a $35 cancellation fee for each day canceled.
There will be no refund for early check-out or for late check-in.
