A Lonely Heart's Repose

The night's fall
is what I longed to see
I wanted to cuddle in her darkness
and stay with her refuge.

I don't want to see tomorrow come
if only I'm gonna lose you
I don't want to see the smile of day
If you will only be so far away.

I wanna run at the endless shores,
And lay down there
like melted candle on the floor;
I want rain with its heaviest downpour
to sweep off the heartaches
I can no longer endure.

Darkness come,
Envelope me with your tranquility
My heart is so tired now
I’m giving up finally;
Let my tired soul rest in your embrace
And let my heart slowly die
with your peace & languid grace.
