How do we make
Our dreams come true
If we fear each tomorrow?

How do we face
Ourselves in the mirror
Never knowing who we are?

Why do we speak
Of truth, love and compassion,
Not knowing what they mean?

Why do we breathe
Our lives
Pretending we're alright?

Why do we take
Each lie
Pretending we don't know?

Why do we hide
Our pains
When everyone else bleeds?

Why do we let
Our hearts fall
If only so it would break?
