My
Hubby patiently waiting for me to "do just one more
thing"!
Recently
I have been really focusing on my blessings. Sometimes we are blessed to have someone come into our lives
who, as the saying goes, "Leaves footprints on our heart".
Well, I would have to say that beside my family, my greatest blessings are my online
friends. I just want to thank each of the people
listed below for their friendship. It means the world to me!!
Although Melanie & I aren't online with one
another very often, I had to list her first on my
list of "friends". We have grown in our
mother-daughter relationship so much over the past
few years. One would never had guessed during those
"teen years" that I would one day consider
her my "Best Friend"!

(aka Lady Wolf)

Sometimes
people "meet" online and immediately there
is a bond. That is exactly what happened when Lady
Wolf & I met on the net for the first time. We
both joined The Garden of Friendship around the same
time. She
was working on the Welcoming Committee and sent me a
note to welcome me to the group. Because of that
welcoming gesture, we have become "Net
Buddies"! I could just feel her
warmth through our conversation.
I am really
looking forward to getting to know her better!
Click on the Friendship Heart that she sent me to stop
in & say hello to her!

Sandy
& I have been friends since our High School
days...a loooooooong time ago! Although we lost
touch with one another for many years, when we
finally caught up with one another, it was almost
like we had never lost touch with one another! A lot
had happened over the years, and once we filled one
another in, we picked up where we left off so many
years ago. Sandy & I finally met again and it
was a little nerve racking at first, wondering what
one another was like, would we still be able to
strike up a conversation, etc. Yep, we managed just
fine! It was a wonderful getting acquainted again
time for both of us! In fact, our husbands even
"hit it off" pretty good for not even
knowing one another! Sandy & I have continued to
stay in touch with one another via the computer...oh
how wonderful the age of computers & e-mail! We
are looking forward to spending some quality time
with one another in the days ahead!

Carol

|
Carol,
oh how I still miss her! We lived in the same town
for about 4 years and became the bestest ever
friends! Unfortunately, our husbands' job put some
distance between our physical geography, but Carol
will always be "my best friend". We have
some wonderful memories of our 4 years of being
almost inseparable! Unfortunately, we aren't able to
see one another as often as we'd like, but we try to
keep in touch with one another as much as possible.
Carol is a wonderful friend and I consider her
friendship that of a wonderful sister!

Mary Ann
is not only a friend, but she's a relative! We have
gotten to be pretty close since we connected with
one another via the computer! It's so nice to stay
in touch with friends & family these days! Mary
Ann is is a talented artist and craft person. She has
had her own craft business for several years, but
recently cut back on her business because she and
her husband have taken on the role of foster
parents. They currently have two wonderful boys and
are counting the days until one of them is
officially theirs! They make wonderful parents and I
am so happy for them!
