Italian Cousine

From this Page you will find some of my favorite Italian dishes. With a name like Palazzo you would expect some extreme Italian cooking. Well the truth be known, these recipes may seem somewhat Americanized. I'm not trying to make excuses, but most of the cooking I do is on a whim. You're very fortunate that I decided to write down many of these experiments for you all to enjoy. You shouldn't be disappointed.
