Chile Cheese Dip
Chile Cheese Dip
- 1 8oz block cream cheese
- 1 can of chili
- cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Put one 8 oz. block of cream cheese in a glass pie plate
(or equivalent). Nuke for a minute or so until you can spread the cream cheese in the bottom. Use one can of chili (with or without beans) and spread over the cream cheese. Top with cheddar cheese and nuke approx. 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with your favorite chips.
