Little Cheese Balls




Instructions:
Combine the butter, flour, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and optional cayenne in a small bowl and mix to combine thoroughly. Form into balls about 1 inch in diameter and place on a greased baking sheet. Brush with the beaten egg and bake in a preheated 375F oven until the tops are golden brown, about 15 minutes.
Makes about 12 balls to serve 4 to 6 as an appetizer.
