Mexican Cornbread
Mexican Cornbread
- 1 cup corn meal
- 2 eggs
- 1 can cream style corn
- small container sour cream
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 Jalepeno, chopped
- 1 bellpepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup oil
- 8 oz. shreddded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Mix well. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
