Poached Salmon with Dill
Poached Salmon with Dill
- 2 salmon filets (or fish of choice)
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk (do not cover filets with the milk)
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
Instructions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place salmon filets in baking dish, pour
milk over filets, sprinkle with pepper and dill weed. Bake uncovered
for 20 to 30 minutes, turning once during cooking, until filet flakes
when tested with a fork.
Note: cooking time may vary depending on the
size and thickness of the filet.
