take sole fillets... the Highliner frozen blocks work better than individual frozen or fresh fillets for this.
Chop garlic finely about 3 cloves and soak in olive oil for about 20 mins just enough oil to cover the chopped garlc
spread chopped garlic and oil over the top of the frozen block of sole take a jar of marinaded artichoke hearts and use two artichokes, separate the leaves and thinly slice the hearts core ,spread over the chopped garlic on the sole ,drizzle the juice from the artichokes jar over the sole and garnish.
Bake in a hot oven ....375F...for 25 mins or so until done
a nice cold crispy white wine to wash it down along with DW's special ceasar salad...hehehe
