Baked Chicken Breasts
- 6 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
CRUMBS:
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
Instructions:
Rinse and dry chicken. Mix other ingredients in large bowl. add chicken to the mixture, coating each piece. Let stand covered in refrigerator overnight, or at least 8 hours.
Remove chicken from sour cream mixture. Roll in crumbs, coating evenly. Arrange in single layer in shallow baking dish. Drizzle margarine over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour
