Beef Tips for Two
- 10 ounces beef stew meat
- Flour, salt and pepper
- Oil
- 1 Tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Pinch of ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 Tablespoons chopped onion
v1 cup beef bouillon
Instructions:
Dust meat lightly with flour, salt, and pepper, and saute in a little oil until browned. Place meat, along with all other ingredients, in an 8" x 8" baking dish which has been sprayed lightly with cooking spray. Cover with foil, and bake 1-1/2 to 2 hours at 350 . (This can be cooked in a Dutch oven if desired and simmered slowly until done.)
Serve with a hot buttered noodles or rice and a green salad.
