Teriyaki Flank Steak
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Salad or Rice Vinegar
- 1½ tsp each garlic powder & ground ginger
- ½ Cup Salad Oil
- 1 Green onion (finely chopped)
- 1 Flank Steak (untenderized)
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except the steak for marinade. Marinate the steak a minimum of 4 hrs, overnight is best. Grill steak over hot coals to desired doneness. 7 - 9 min/side for medium. To serve, slice across the grain on a diagonal in 1/4 thick strips.
