Chocolate Mocha Fondu

• 1/2 lb. (225g) plain (bitter sweet) chocolate
• 1 Tablespoon instant coffee powder
• 3/4 cup (6 fl.oz.) whipping cream
• 1 tablespoon sherry

Instructions:
Grate the chocolate and mix in the coffee powder.
Put the cream in a fondu pot and add the chocolate/coffee mixture.
Heat gently, stirring, until the mixture is smooth, then add the sherry
For effect swirl some cream into the pot.
Serve with sponge fingers, marshmallows and fruit pieces.
EAT !!!!!
Can be made with or with alcohol (or with more alcohol). Also try using a variety of chocolate such as Toblarone or Mars bars to alter the taste.
