Bavarian Torte Pie




Crust: Filling: Topping: Instructions:
To make Crust:
Beat margarine, sugar and vanilla. Gradually add flour and beat mixture. Stir in pecans. Press mixture into and up 1 inch on sides of a 10" spring pan (9" pie pan.) Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
To make Filling:
Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Pour mixture into lined pan.
To make Topping:
Combine peaches, sugar and cinnamon. Toss gently. Arrange on cream cheese. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees, then 25-30 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool in pan 20 minutes. Then remove sides of pan. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Happy eating!
