Streusel Topped Creamy Pumpkin Pie




Instructions:
POUR milk and pumpkin into large bowl; stir until smooth. Add pudding mixes and spice. Beat with wire whisk until well blended. (Mixture will be thick.) Gently stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping. Spoon into crust.

REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until set.

MEANWHILE, prepare Streusel Topping. Sprinkle on pie just before serving. Top each serving with whipped topping.

Streusel Topping: Mix 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 1 tablespoon butter or margarine in small microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2-1/2 minutes or until bubbly, stirring once. Cool.
