Texas Pie
- 2 cans cherry pie filling OR 1 can apple pie filling
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 cup coconut
Instructions:
Place pie filling in 9x13 pyrex. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over
filling. Sprinkle coconut and pecans over cake mix. Pour melted
margarine over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Takes only 1 pan.
