Traditional Pumpkin Pie
- 2 pie crusts
- 1 large can plain pumpkin
- 2 1/2 cans evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 rounded handful of flour
- 1 tablespoon nutmeg
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 3 eggs
Instructions:
Mix ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie crusts.
Bake at 425F for 15 minutes. Turn oven down to 350F
and cook for 45 minutes.
