Traditional Pumpkin Pie

• 2 pie crusts
• 1 large can plain pumpkin
• 2 1/2 cans evaporated milk
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon
• 1 rounded handful of flour
• 1 tablespoon nutmeg
• 1 1/4 cups sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon ginger
• 3 eggs

Instructions:
Mix ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie crusts. Bake at 425F for 15 minutes. Turn oven down to 350F and cook for 45 minutes.
