Caesar Salad

• 1/2 cup of olive oil
• 2 or 3 cloves of garlic fine chopped... take out green middles first
• 3/4 teaspoon of salt
• 1/4 teaspoon of fresh ground pepper ( eye ball to taste)
• 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard powder
• 1 1/2 teaspoons worchestershire sauce
• 2 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice...(use real lemons)
• 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
• 1 egg
• romaine lettuce
• parmesan cheese

Instructions:
mix together in a blender
-- use parmesan cheese on romaine lettuce first then add dressing
