Caesar Salad 2
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 raw egg
- juice of 1 large juicy lemon (only fresh lemons please)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- dash or 2 of Tabasco
- fresh ground pepper to taste
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in the blender, push the pulse button just a
few short 'beats' Be extremely careful here, if you pulse too long you
will get Caesar mayonnaise! In a large bowl toss 1 large head of torn
romaine lettuce with your favorite croutons, parmesan cheese, fresh
ground pepper and about half the dressing. Add more dressing to taste
if needed, toss again and serve.
