Easy Vegetable Beef soup
- 1 1/2 pounds hamburger
- 2 cans Swanson Beef Broth plus 1 can water
- 5 beef Bouillon cubes (and no comment on the spelling*g*)
- 2 potatoes peeled and diced small
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic (optional)
- 1 pkg frozen vegetable soup mix
- 1 15 oz.can veg all
- 1 15 oz. can rotel tomatoes, diced
- 1 15 oz. can choice cut chopped tomatoes. (or whole ones, chopped up)
- 1 15 oz. can whole kernel corn
- 1 8 1/4 oz. can sliced carrots
- 1 8 1/4 oz. can green beans
- 1 small can spicey hot V-8 juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
Brown hamburger...add onions, salt, pepper, garlic and potatoes, then dump all the other can veggies and frozen veggies in..cook for about an hour..
Serve with corn bread..Enjoy!!
