Yogurt Soup

In a cold and rainy day this soup will cherish you up. You need only 10 minutes to prepare it.

You need;


Place yogurt, flour and egg in a bowl and blend them well. Add 1 cup of water in and stir them. You can use a blender for this job.
Put 5 cups of water and margarin or oil in a soup pot. Let it boil.
Slowly add yogurt mixture into the boiling water while stiring constantly . Add salt to taste. Wait until it boils 3-4 minutes. Then remove pot from the heat. Add peppermint flakes to the soup. Pour it in a soup bowl. Sprinkle more peppermint flakes on top. Serve it hot.
It is for four servings.
