Ingredients
3 cups thick curd
3-4 ice cubes
1 tsp salt or 3 tsp sugar(depending on if you want
sweet or salty lassi)
Water

Method
Crush the ice cubes in the blender.
Add the curd, water and salt/sugar.
Run the blender for about 1 minute.
Serve chilled.
