Ingredients
1 lb. boneless chicken , cut into cubes
2 tsp red chilli pwd
1/2 tsp tandoori pwd
1 tsp powdered coriander seeds
3/4 cup yoghurt
4-5 garlic flakes, crushed finely
1 large piece ginger , crushed finely
1 tsp powdered cumin seeds
1/2 tsp mint pwd(or use chopped mint leaves)
1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil for brushing the chicken
2-3 long skewers
Method
Mix together all the ingredients except oil
and chicken.
Coat the chicken pieces with the marinade
and refrigerate for atleast 5 hrs.
Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and
let it come to room temperature.
Put the chicken in the skewers and brush
with a little oil.
Bake in a moderate oven at 375 deg f for about
30 minutes or till golden brown.
Serve with wedges of lime and chopped coriander.
