Another contribution of the "Konkanis" to the wonderful world of cooking,
this dish is virtually effortless to make and is a sure winner with all
"potato-lovers".
Ingredients
3/4 lb. potatoes
A pinch Asoefetida
Salt to taste
4 green chillies, chopped
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 tsp tamarind juice
2 red chilles

Method
Boil the potatoes till they are soft.
Mash the potatoes, add some water,the green chilies, 
salt and asoefetida.
Mix well.
Add the tamarind juice and mix.
Season with mustard and red chillies in 2 tsp oil.
Can be eaten with rice and dali thoi.

Cooking: 5 minutes (exc. the time for cooking potatoes)
