Ingredients
5 cups of cooked white rice
1 small onion sliced finely
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds, powdered
4 tsp ghee(clarified butter)
Salt to taste

Method
Heat the ghee in a open pan and add the cumin seeds.
When they splutter, add the sliced onion and fry
till the onions turn transparent.
Now add the cumin powder and fry for 30 seconds.
Add the cooked rice and salt to taste.
Mix well.
Heat through and serve.
Eat with a meat dish.
