CHICKEN WITH CHEESE AND MACARONI |

(Another recipe that's great for leftover chicken.) |

(Serves 4) |
|
|
|
Ingredients: |
|
|
|
- 1-1/2 cup elbow macaroni (uncooked)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1-1/2 cups shredded ceddar cheese
- 1-1/2 cups cooked chicken
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup scallions, chopped

Directions: |

Cook macaroni according to package. Drain. In a saucepan over low heat mix soup, pepper, onion, milk and ceddar cheese. Stir constantly. When the cheese is melted add chicken. Remove from heat and add macaroni. With a spatula transfer to a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until bubbly. |
