FIJI CHICKEN
I got this recipe from my Aunt Evangeline. So easy!
(Serves 4)
Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans Campbell's golden mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease casserole dish with margarine. Place chicken in casserole dish and cover with soup. Sprinkle garlic powder on top. Cover casserole dish and bake for 1-1/2 hours. (The last 1/2 hour remove the cover to brown.
This is great over rice, pasta or even mashed potatoes.
